Do you have children growing up and losing touch with culture and traditional meals?
Are you busy and can’t seem to have time to learn these meals or teach your children. Kids tend to learn from others more than family. If your answer is yes – we are here to support you. We invite you to make it a date monthly at Taste of Africaribbean class. They recipes are endless.

Are you thinking of hosting your own event? We’ve got you covered. We offer different styles with different tones e.g Africontinental meals or Africontinental appetizers. Let us know and we’ll build something just right for your group.

We also offer Weekly and biweekly classes. Nini’s Cooking Class is the perfect place for students to develop, build upon, and sharpen their culinary skills as they progress through our structured program week after week.

How about celebrating your birthday, bridal showers with friends? Will you like to have some bonding time while learning from one another and most of all enjoying your meals after? Whether your friends are male or female cooking together is a great way to celebrate and bond.

Nini’s Cooking Class will teach you some serious kitchen cookery skills so you can roll out one amazing dish after another for friends and family. You will learn to practice smart kitchen and knife safety skills with all the professional cooking techniques you have and have not seen on TV. Say goodbye to Grilled Cheese sandwiches and French Fries. Welcome to the world of the exotic flavours!

This class is offered the first Thursday of every month and for one day only. Should you required an extended program please send an email to nini@niniscookingclass.ca

Class MUST be booked minimum 2 weeks in advance except otherwise arrangement with the instructor.

The minimum number of 4 participants is required for class to hold.

Program runs the first Thursday of the month (Feb 4, Mar 4, Apr 1, May 6, Jun 3, Sep 2, Oct 7, Nov 4).

Cost is $50 per person (virtual class) & $85 per person (in person class).

Goal: Our program is designed for you to learn cooking and baking techniques and tips across the globe. Whether you are just starting out in the kitchen or you are an advanced learner, our classes are tailored so that you can learn and develop lifelong skills. Upon completing the program you or your child will receive a Nini’s Cooking Class Certificate of completion.

Requirement 1: Your lovely smile and a positive attitude to learn and have fun, and a take away container. Should you have left over. If you cannot finish your food you may take it with you.

Requirement 2: For kitchen safety reasons, please wear indoor closed toe shoes only, comfortable clothing, and have your hair tied  back as you will be standing, sitting and working most of the time.
